About the school
MISSION: Through our standards-based curriculum, students develop academic and social skills, as well as an appreciation of languages and cultures, to prepare for college and careers. We recognize the inter-dependency of the modern world and education. Therefore, we strive to develop students who are literate in two of the world’s dominant languages and challenge students to excel in the languages of mathematics, science, history, and the arts. Upon graduation, World Language students are prepared with the skills needed for their post-secondary success. VISION: World Language High School is committed to the development of young men and women who value cultural experiences, ethnic diversity, and life-long learning.
