About the school
AFAHS provides a rigorous curriculum across all disciplines and grade levels, emphasizing literacy, science, character development and discipline in a nurturing, positive, structured and safe environment. AFAHS is also the only provider of a flight program for students in the Chicagoland area who are interested in pursuing a career in the aerospace industry. Our state of the art Flight Simulator Lab is the only one in CPS conveniently located near the South Loop.
