About the school

North-Grand High School is a premier neighborhood school on the west side of Chicago. With our Early College STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) programmatic designation, we offer a wide range of rigorous, college preparatory classes - including Advanced Placement (AP) classes, dual college credit classes, and dual enrollment college classes through our various partnerships with colleges and universities - in addition to offering a variety of arts classes featuring visual art, music, film, dance, drama, and theatre options. We offer three CTE programs: Allied Health, Culinary Arts, and PLTW (pre-engineering). We are committed to student success and continuous improvement. All are welcome here at North-Grand High School!
