About the school
William Howard Taft High School, one of the city’s largest public high schools, spans two campuses: the Freshman Academy (grades 7–9) and Varsity Campus (grades 10–12). As an IB World School, it offers the MYP, DP, and CP Programmes, along with AP, dual-credit courses, and NJROTC. Taft provides over 100 clubs, 75 teams, and 34 varsity sports, promoting academic, artistic, and athletic growth.
